Kinsey Gilmore is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LD/N) whose work centers on supporting women and babies throughout pregnancy, postpartum, lactation, and motherhood.
Her combined expertise in lactation and maternal nutrition, along with her work in fitness, allows her to consider the bigger picture rather than treating feeding, nutrition, and maternal wellness as completely separate concerns.
Kinsey's approach is evidence-based, individualized, and practical. She works with each family to understand their needs and goals and develop strategies that make sense outside the consultation room.
